Holga or Digital?

Question: Holga or Digital!?

So I'm buying a camera!. I'm 14 and this will be my first one!.
Our family owns a digital, although it's over 4 years old and it's quality is poor!. I have the money saved to buy a camera, but I love the lo-fi look of the holga lomo camera!. My question is, should I buy a digital and then buy a Holga in a few years, or vice versa!. : I

I am huge supporter of plastic cameras, but I think you might benefit more from a digital camera!. Holgas can get to be a little expensive to own!. The cameras themselves are cheap enough, but between film costs and processing, it can start to add up!.

Get the digital now, and learn more about how to properly frame and compose a good photograph!. Then, if you are still interested, buy the Holga in the future!.

Edit: You seem to have the basics of composition down!. If you want to get a Holga, get a Holga 120N from an online business like freestylephoto!.biz, and it will cost you a little over $25!. At that price, you can also afford to get the digital, maybe a slightly less expensive model if you want to fit it all within a certain budget!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

i think you should totally get the Holga!. i love mine!. im surprised every time i get my pictures developed and its just so much fun and ensures alot more creativity then with a digital!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
