Flickr - it has tagging features, notes, includes a great community, allows you to join groups, and more!. I am a pro member ($25/year for unlimited storage) and I can't complain!.

Flickr also lets you upload up to 90 second video, which is somewhat new!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
