Click it or Ticket is already a sign that is used!. We have them all over california!. If you need to come up with one of yoru own, I would suggest not using that!. Unless you don't have to come up with your own, then I think that one is effective!.

You could do something like:

1!. Seat Belt = Love of life
2!. Stick in your car, not on the windsheild (haha)
3!. Love yourself, Wear your seatbelt!. ( You can do a heart with it wearing a seatbelt)Www@QuestionHome@Com

You could draw a picture of a stick man being ejected out of the front windshield of a crashing car while screaming HEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLPPPPPP!!!!!! hehehWww@QuestionHome@Com
