Wow!. I made all these notes before looking at the photo you were working from, but here they are anyway:

Generally think it's a pretty strong drawing!. I like the head-on directness and intense expression!.

Some bits show some inexperience!. I do not feel the roundness of her eyes!. Her eyelashes -- I see now from the photo why you articulated them so much!. But even though they are very heavy in the photo, you still get the sense that they curve away from the center of the eye; in your drawing they are almost flat!. also do not feel the roundness of her eyeballs!. Remember, they are a round thing sitting deep in a socket; see that socket when you draw a head!. Here the eyes are almost floating out in front of the plane of the bridge of the nose!.

The roundness of the head, though, is pretty good I think!. Could turn a bit more as it goes under the hair!. It's not easy! Whenever I'm drawing or painting a head, I'm always trying to find that spot where it turns from a front facing plane, to the side!. Of course, there's not really one moment; it's not a corner!. But it helps to look for that kind of thing!.

The teeth, not bad, but again don't feel quite the curving back into her mouth!. This is part a drawing problem and part a tonal problem -- the teeth are too bright; they're jumping out!.

It think it's hard to draw from photos!. It's hard to see the three dimensionality that I'm talking about!. I think also that the expressions you see in photos you really rarely see in life!. They are a fraction of a second caught!. No one sitting and having their picture drawn is going to be holding a smile!. Or a frown!. I really think this is a pretty good drawing!. But I think you'd do even better drawing from real life!.
