storyboard artists---draw sketches of the story's sequences, what the characters will do in the movie!. (more detailed)

Depends on what pictures you are asking about!.

In general the term is "Illustrator," such as "storyboard illustrator," or, "poster illustrator!." But some titles may be more specific, such as for a "concept artist," who may create scenes, characters or layouts for later incorporation into some part of the film process!.
