Hold on and I'll show you a tutorial!. You can use effects in Photoshop (like vectorizing it with note paper in the filters and turning down grain and relief) to do this easily!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

1- open your photo
2-image-Adjustments-posterize
3- image -Ajustments - equalize
