Question: What would be a good anime character for me to cosplay as!?

I am 5'4 and I weigh about 125lbs!. I have blue eyes and shoulder-length reddish-brown hair!.

I'm at a loss for who I should cosplay as!. Please tell me the name of the character and what anime they are from!. also, if you could add a helpful link that would be awesome!.

I'm also a bit low on funds at this time if that makes a difference in what you suggest!.

I take it you're not going to buy a wig or anything!? You could be Yuna from Final Fantasy!. Not really reddish brown hair, but you could pull it off with that color hair!.
