Question: I love these kinds of pictures but how do I shoot one myself!?

I have provided a link below for a shot I would like to reproduce myself but I would like tips from Photographers on all aspects of how to achieve shots like these! Any tips on lighting, focus, iso, backgrounds, effects etc all welcome! Thanks so much in anticipation! x

Here's my take on what the photographer is doing -

high iso - so he can get a higher shutter speed - probably shooting at 1/500 to almost freeze the water -

using a very fast lens - probably a f/2!.8 70-200mm or maybe even a 50mm 1!.4

tons of light - probably a huge softbox to get that even illumination

lotsa photoshop - obviously doing selective color filters, desaturating the subjects, boosting the vibrance on the helmets and tattoos!.!.!.

Aside from the technical aspect of the lighting and high speed, they have appeared to use the LucisArt filters!.
