Black: 00 00 00
Red: FF 00 00
Gold: FF CC 00

As far as I know all those speculations about what the colors mean are not true!.
They were only the colors of the Lützow Free Corps's uniform!. This uniform was then imitated by the Urburschenschaft in Jena!. The main part of the Uniform was black, some parts were red and the buttons were gold!.!.!.
