No it does not go into your blood!.
If it does that sharpie is messed up!.
It just leaves a mark on your skin!.
And a sharpie mark only stays on your skin for about 3 days unless you scrub it really hard!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Sharpies are just a permanent marker, so they withstand more washing or whatever to come off!.
It does go into your blood!. but its not going to harm you
If you want sharpie off quickly or whatever, use nail polis remover!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
