Kryolan Fusion is made to stick to plastic but I don't know if it would be safe to use on a fee bucket!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Acrylic should, it is a plastic, it'll also be non-toxic, so safe!.
To be sure it sticks rub the area you want to paint with sandpaper or wet n dry, this will give the paint a 'key', something to hold onto!. the paint should bond to this rougher area with no problems!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
