Photoshop is truely awesome!. You can do seriously anything with a picture that you can imagine if you know how to use it!.!.!.

That's when it gets tricky! I took at least 4 - 5 classes with photoshop right when it was emerging in the late 90's / early 2000, so I'm pretty much a photoshop guru!.

Now doing something like slimming yourself down is kind of tricky, but it can definitely be done!. Try to look into the 'Face Mask' feature and use that!. You can just play around in Photoshop and try to find all the cool features, but I think the best way to learn it would be to watch tutorials online or take a college class if you can!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You can do most things with Photoshop,unfortunately it does take a long time to learn!.The built in Help section, at the top right ,is very good but if anything there is too much information to soak in quickly!.After 6 years of using it every day I am still finding new things every day!.Take notes of what you do and I found that printing off the Help sheets was very useful to start with, you can then keep them in a loose leaf file and swap them about as you need to cross reference any ideas!.Many magazines are available,like Photoshop Creative,these are full of good ideas and tutorials!.The back catalogue is available as a DVD and very good value for money!.I copy the good tutorials from the DVD to a folder on my computer so that I can have them handy when I need to refer to anything!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE!. omg my sisters on it all the time!. you can change the colors and designs of things and change the backgrounds, make 5 of yourself in there, lol!. add makeup, make them look professional!. everythings possible with it lol!. itll tell you how to do it all in the manual when you get it!. im not sure if you can make yourself skinnier!.!.!.probably!. but she does a whole bunch of stuff on there!. its amazing!. lol!. and it doesnt look like you did anything to it it looks real

yes all those things are possible even thought some are harder than others!. for example, making yourself slimmer is something that will be really hard to do in photoshop especially if your a beginer!. start with the easy stuff like changing a background!. it would take really long for me to explain it to you but you can find step by step tutorials online on how to do all kinds of cool things in photoshop!.

EVERYTHING is possible with photoshop!. Go to adobe and go through the tutorials to learn how to do the stuff!. but be careful if you want it to look realistic, because it is very easy to make pics look fake, especially if you're showing to someone who knows what they're talking about!.

or you could just have someone do it for you!. i'm sure you could find someone and it would save you a lot of time!.

there are also classes you can take if you want to take that route!.

I have been using Photoshop since Photoshop 5!.0 nearly 8 years ago and now use CS3, i am learning something new all the time!.
I have gone back to college to learn more even my teachers learn from me as I learn from them I have found ways around problems that are not explained in any manual and they have shown me shortcuts that I never thought possible!.
The possibilities are as endless as your imagination!.
There is no way known that I could explain Photoshop through these pages!.
You need to sit down with it and play, and play read all the manuals and then you will still have much more to learn!.
I have not met an expert that knew 100% about Photoshop, I doubt the creators realise what potential for expansion it really has!.

With photoshop, anything is possible!. You can do all the things that you listed there, but it's not easy!. It takes a lot of practice and skill to work photoshop well, but I'm sure that you could easily find books and websites that would have step by step instructions on how to do what you want!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You can do this with many, MANY cheaper/free programs!.
If this is all you wish to accomplish with Photoshop, I would suggest investing in a less expensive program!. Photoshop is really made for people looking to make money!.!.!. If you just want to touch up photographs, most digital cameras come with free programs, or you can download GIMP for free!.

Endless,yes,yes,yes,and yes!. Play with it!. You can read the manual, but I find most drawing program are a lot alike!. So seat down and do things!. I take beach scenes and put girls in them!. I like making heavy girls, slim, they love it, and man can I cut down a bathing suit, or build up the boobs, all in fun of corse!.I use photo shop, to set up camera ready, positive, for screen print, and 4 color set ups!. And I am still learning!. My son is a wizze at Photo Shop, I can not even under stand, the thing he can do with that program!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

All of the above - but there's not room to write a book here!. (and I don't have time anyway!.) Look to one of the many photoshop learning sites, and be prepared for a lot of studying and practice!. Start doing the basics like adjusting the contrast and brightness of the pic and then move on to advance level!.
