Question: I like Anime!?! xD!? But!.!.!.!?

Are the Japanese accepting!? I would like to learn Japanese and visit and get involved with anime but would they be offended!? I have a real love for any art, and I truly enjoyed Spirited Away but I'm not anything close to looking asian so would they accept me!? Are the Japanese Perverted!? Should I learn Japanese!? also Where can I find english dubbed Hayao Miyazaki dvds!? And my neighborhood toroto bags and such in the us!. Shipping is no problem!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Let me tell you here and now!. If you want to learn Japanese, you will need more a reason than loving anime!. Sure, anime's bigger part of Japanese culture than cartoons are of western culture, but really if you just want to know more about anime all you really need is subtitles!.

If you really want to get involved with anime, why let living outside of Japan stop you!? Go right ahead and begin practicing your skills!. Visit sites such as polykarbon (google it) to learn the skills specific to anime and manga - one should start with manga to learn the artistic style!. Really, you shouldn't go past manga; you need a studio or at least a big group of friends willing to spend several hours every day if you want to make your own anime!.

I would suggest searching on eBay for the Hayao Miyazaki DVDs!. If not there, just search for 'Hayao Miyazaki DVD' - if you find it on an English site, chances are it will have both the English and Japanese dubs on it!.
