Question: Logo Design!?

How can I get a logo designed for my start-up small business!. I do not want to go through internet software logo programs to create one!. I want it unique with an urban twist!. I heard that I can get someone to do the illustrations then get a graphic designer to create it!. Any suggestions!? Or do you know anyone!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Or you might check the licensing to see if you can modify logos that are ready made!. Search existing logo sites to find a base logo!. (As I said read their licensing agreement to see if this is allowed)!.
