Best site to animate your pics?

Question: Best site to animate your pics!?

I'm looking for a site where I can upload several of my pics and turn it into an animated image--something similar to animated avatars!. Not a slideshow, but something that moves into each picture more fluid-like!. Here's an example of what I'm trying to do:

That's a GIF image file!. There aren't any sites I'm aware of that let you do that!. But there are ways to make one in Photoshop (or GIMP, which is free) or in Flash if you have it!. tutorialized!.com has tons of tutorials for those programs, I'm sure one of them shows you how to make a GIF image!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
