Ways to start getting into graffiti?

Question: Ways to start getting into graffiti!?

I've been interested in art for a while, and just recently I've gotten really into graffiti!. I want to try to learn more about it and get better, but I have no clue how! I live in the suburbs in NJ, it's close to NYC but the "culture" here is completely different from what NYC is, and I feel really isolated!. There are barely even toy tags around town!. I've been doing it for a while now and yes it is vandalism IF you're bombing other peoples property!. But that's part of the culture too! First you got to learn the rules of the streets!. You don't want beef with another tagger or crew!. Second find you're style!. I prefer wildstyle which is unreadable and basically destroying the alphabet! A big part of graff is color theory!. It's important to get those colors right!. It's all trial and error really!. There's to much to list here!.
