Not really!.
It just takes an interest!.
We're too busy nowadays with all sorts of crapola to make art a part of our lives!.
But the art world does have a few giants!.

One of my favourites is Fred Herzog!. Obviously greatness in in the eye of the beholder, but look him up and see what you think!.

His philosophy is simple, take the camera everywhere and shoot!.

While I'm not a huge fan of celebrity/sniveling baby shots in general I do think that Annie Leibovitz is brilliant!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

you are talking about pioneers!.!.!.!. there are loads of famous photographers!.!.!.you just need to be in the photog-world to recognize the names!. many are from outside the U!.S!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If your a lover of beauty, life or fashion photography you might appreciate Herve Lewis!.!.!.!.!.He photographs women mostly but his work is great and he is renouned in Paris!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Like artists, death itself seems to create "giants" in photography as well!.!.!. can you really have perspective on the "greats" until time has passed and their work has stood on its own!?Www@QuestionHome@Com
