Question: Is it ok to print out a copy of art you find on the internet and frame it for your own use!?
If someone likes your artwork, is it ok for them to make a copy of it for themselves!? How about if they just want to study how you did it!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

well if they have it copyrighted then I don't think you are supposed to but then again how would they ever find out!? I always do it, I would only ask the persons permission if I was to publicly display something I made from that picture!. eg if I saw a photo of a film star, and sketched a pencil drawing of it to be displayed publicly, I would ask the photograper, or foundation's permission first!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I would say yes, unless you say you originally ( can't spell sorry ) made it, or if it says online it is not to be printed or something!. Just as long as you don't claim it to be your own artwork ( unless it is your own in which case this rule doesn't apply o!.o )Www@QuestionHome@Com

Most artist have a print mark that they digitally put on their art/photos, otherwise it is okay to copy, print and frame!. Just don't claim it for your own or an orginal!. While not illegal it is unethical!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

you CAN use the artwork for anything except saying that it was your own masterpiece, you have to state your recourse and tell who actually made the art!.!.!.or else that is plagiarismWww@QuestionHome@Com
