Question: How do you get the colors so smooth looking when drawing!.!.!. (2 questions)!?

first question: do these people use a program or do they buy the exact right colors!?

Looks like it takes a lot of time, but they use photoshop!. my friend does this!.

if u have photoshop there are lot of tutorials online!.
just search photoshop tutorials

Its something to do with the color changes according to skin, lighting and surroundings!. The more color changes you have the smoother it would be (transition from light to dark)!.
