I have a picture of my nephew and an Elmo pinata`!. I want to cut out my nephew and Elmo and insert them into a new background!. If someone could please do that for me I would greatly appriciate it!

I can do this for you!. But Elmo appears in each of the backgrounds anyway so is it just your nephew you want inserting!?
It would be better if you find the exact background you want in case I mess it up!. But, be aware your nephew is sitting in the picture so I would struggle to straighten his legs etc if you want him in a background where he has nothing to sit on!.
also both backgrounds pixelate so you can't blow them up much!. You need larger file sizes!.
