Question: Ghosts !!!,,,,,,,or crap on the lens!?
OK !!!!! I"ve been on tours where they explain how ORBS in your photos are ghost energy,,,,,,I WANT to believe, but I 'm a skeptic, thinking there's an explanation such as dust or condensation on the lens or something of that nature,,,,I have some DOOZIES in my pics so,,,let me hear your thoughts on this,,,,,,Points for the most feasable response !!!!!!!!!!,,,,,,I have pics with HUGE orbs in them,,,,If there really is a paranormal interest in this field ,,,,I have several "Untouched" pics that I would be anxious to share !Www@QuestionHome@Com

I too, have numerous pictures with craploads orbs in them!. I am not quite sure what they are, but i think it could be some sort of light reflection off the lens!. Some of them are hard to explain though, because of the positioning!.

Have you ever watched the show Ghost Hunters!?!? So-called "orbs" are nothing but dust particles or as you said, crap on the lens, or even small bugs flying by quickly!. It's kind of a joke when people think they've found ghosts LOL!.
The only time an orb is considered paranormal is if it has a direct line of travel if caught on video (and even then, skeptics will say it's a bug), if the orb is see-through, and if it is perfectly circular!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
They tell you that because they want you to believe you're seeing ghosts everywyere! The truth is out there!.
Well, the truth is that orbs are nothing more than light reflecting from the flash to particles of dust, water or smoke!. They are usually out of focus, so they turn out as uniform circles!. Sometimes they even appear to have a face in them!. There's a reason for that too!. The human brain is hard-wired to see faces!. You can see a face in just about any random pattern, if you look close enough!. That doesn't mean such patterns are haunted or contain spirit energy, or any of that!.

I do believe in ghosts because I have actually seen one!. It was over 21yrs ago and it was my exes father standing in the hallway!. I had never met the man because he had passed away when I met my ex!. When I described what he had on my ex mother in law said it was her late husband!. Ever since then I do not sleep in the dark!. We sleep with our dining room light on!. My son who is 8yrs old has been comunicating with someone since the age of 2!. When we moved to the house we live in now, we noticed no more comunication!. Then one day I got him out of the tub and sat him on my bed which faced the hallway and he gasped with such excitement and he pointed and said "mama", he saw a picture of my husbands late mother and said that she comes to him when he is asleep and wakes him!. He said she comes to visit and tells him that he is cute!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
It's called flare, caused by off-angle lighting hitting the front of your unshaded lens!. This is why you see the pros using long extensions (hoods) on their lenses - to shade the lens from stray light that would cause flare!.

Canon owner manuals also say that it can also be "light from the flash reflecting off of dust or insects in the air!. This is particularly noticeable when shooting using the wide angle!."

The ORBS have long been debunked!. They are caused by dust particles reflecting back from the flash of the camera!. Sometimes they can really shine and blur depending on the camera angle!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
