I first got my badge as a level 3!. Its about the percentage of Best Answers and how many you answered in a given time frame!.

Answer alot of one category, answer right (sometimes wrong if the person asking will choose that answer as Best) and you too can become a top contributor!.

There are other badges too, like 'Trusted Partner' and I have no idea how you would become one of those!. It's purple, and you dont see them that often!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
