at my school we have a big day-long art show, where you can set up a booth and display your works, even sell them!. i dont know if your in highschool or w/e, but displaying your works in a show is always a great start!. craft fairs and things like that are always great too!. it costs more, because you need to pay to rent a space and stuff, but it can be a fun experience and you can sell your works, and of course help get your name out!.

joining an online art community really helps too!. artbreak!.com is amazing, its a great place to get feedback and a great way to advertise yourself (even internationally!)!. you upload your pictures (they are automatically copy-righted) and you can sell them from the site as well!.

Usually beginners don't have many abilities !.!.!. it takes some education and some experience (a few years anyway) to have the skills necessary to produce marketable images on demand using the appropriate camera/lens combinations!.

How many classes have you successfully taken and have you worked as an assistant or staffer as a photographer for a few years!?

you shouldn't be so rude to people who respond to you!.!.!.you're the one asking for advice, don't be snotty when you get it!. photoace is completely correct (as usual), if you're a "beginner" why would you even think about advertising at all!? who would hire you!? do you think you're going to go start shooting weddings and commercial photogrpahy when you call yourself a beginner!? all he's saying is that the first thing you have to do is learn your craft!.!.!.!.in time, you can worry about advertising!. it's also clear that you need to do a little maturing before you worry about anything else!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
