The cheapest things that can be used as a backdrop are table cloths, bed sheets, and cheap fabric (check out the dollar section at Walmart)!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You can sometimes find cheapy backdrops on craigslist or ebay!.

A good way to get a nice backdrop is go to a fabric store and get the amount of fabric you need!. You'll want it to be thick so that you can't see any shadows behind it!. You don't want it to be shiny or reflective in any way!. You'll probably like a solid color, but if you see a print that will work for your photos then don't be afraid to try it! If you are not using an SLR camera then try to avoid heavy textures!. If you are using an SLR camera, then don't worry about it and use a shallow depth of field(a big aperture)!.

A wall can work okay too, but sometimes walls can be a littl reflective(shiny paint and whatnot), so you could probably experiment with that a little!.

Good luck! :)Www@QuestionHome@Com

You could go take some pictures of a location such as a beach for an example then get it printed large and shoot in front of it!.
However why take the location to the model when its easier to take the model to the location!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Use a colored wall; I do that!. Or go to a place with lots of greens!. :]Www@QuestionHome@Com
