High-key effects on portraits?

Question: High-key effects on portraits!?

I'm trying to achieve a high-key effect on this image, but I'm having trouble!.

I don't want it too extreme, but I'd like the skin to be lighter, almost white, and the lips to still be red, as well as the nails!. Does anyone want to try editing it!? Thanks!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
