as anyone ever copyrighted something , if so can you help me!. can a quote/saying be copyrighted like one i created!. i read on the copyright website it cant , but other sites say it can!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Only if you connect it to a product!. For example, 'I'm lovin' it' for McDonalds!. Other than that, you would have an extremely hard time proving that you were the first person ever to arrange those words in that way!.
