Question: Tips on Photography!?
I'm going with a friend this Sunday to take pictures of her granddaughter's birthday party (she's turning 3) anyone have any tips to take good pictures at the party!? I prefer to take all-natural shots sooooooooooooo!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Most of the shots you take will be natural!. I am wondering if the party is indoors or outdoors!. also what time of day if outdoors!. Your camera should tell you if you need a flash or not!. Unless it is night time, I would not let the flash go off for outdoor shots!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

All natural is nice !.!.!. but as fast as kids move, and if this happens to be indoors, use flash!.

Preferably, bounced!. Decent ISO (maybe 400)!.

And try to anticipate the action and get into position before things happen!. Like when mom or dad places the cake in front of the birthday girl !.!.!. be in position in front of the action, pre-focused and ready to fire!.

With kids, you only get one chance to get it right!

My choice of settings:
Program mode
ISO 400
bounce flash (45 degrees with a white ceiling)
Auto focus (spot)
Auto White balance
Shoot highest quality jpg (forget about RAW)Www@QuestionHome@Com
