what kind of glue, or nails, or cement what kind of cutting tools that wont break the shells uneven etc!.!? and what kind of paint and sealer and marble floor cutting very small !?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Thin balsa wood cut down in pieces for framing out your design !.It you want it a little sturdier!. The glue E6000 is good for gluing your balsa together at the joins!. Michaels Arts and Crafts sells bags of small Sea shells,starfish, sea horses and other types of shells!. If Michaels isn't in your area try Hobby Lobby or
Benjamin Franklins!.Use and Exacto knife number 11's should work just fine!. Seal with clear acrylic sealer in the spray can!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
