Question: Can you help me with this picture!?

i'm drawing a picture but whenever i look at it, something seems off!.!. so could you please tell me what looks weird in it and how i should fix it!?
it would also help if you could add a little bit of criticism
i don't mind if you're brutal as long as it's constructive!.

Not only should the shoulders be broader, but the right shoulder should me more towards the viewer, as I see the head is in the 3/4 view!. Unless, of course, they are turning their head, and in that case, you should adjust the neck to make it look that way!. Next, the mouth should be higher, or rather, you should make the face longer!. A general guideline for the placement of the features would be like this: The eyes are halfway down the face!. The nose is halfway between the eyes and the chin, and the mouth is halfway between the chin and the nose!. Oh, and I also noticed that the position of the neck is misplaced!. The neck should line up with the jawline!. Sorry if I am being harsh :(!. I don't mean to be!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I'd say a different pose!. But if you just want to 'fix' this particular picture, I'd put some wrinkles and details on the clothes!. (might change the eyes, too)Www@QuestionHome@Com

Yep, charm is right!. Shoulders should be broader, arms and neck possibly a little thicker with maybe some more detail in the throat!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

The shoulders and chest could be a little broader but only a bit, as I think the hands are supposed to be in the pockets!?
