That's a decent portrayal of the Joker!. I'd give it a 7!.5!.
I have a few tips for you if you don't mind:

1!. Always do what I like to call "the mirror test!." Look at it up against the mirror and you will really see if it is vertically symmetrical or not!.

2!. Add some pasage!. In other words, put some shading to make it look more realistic and three-dimensional!. A technique I like to do is: shade the whole face one smooth shade of grey, darken the spots that have the most shadow and erase the spots that are highlighted or "catch the light!."

3!. Lastly, when you are doing hair, it is more time-efficient and natural-looking to think of it all as one piece, with random gestures of the flow of the hair here and there!. Try not to draw every single piece of hair because that's almost impossible and very tedious! =)

That's a very nice drawing! The simplicity of it might give people reason to assume that you're a beginner, but it's all very clean and proportional!.

If you'd like some improvement tips, in the future, try making the hair looking not quite so layered!.!.!.!. smooth the layering lines just a little!. Shade the edges of the face too, instead of just the creases around the yes and mouth - which, by the way, look great!.

i give it an 8!.9, especially seeing your "but it's what i can do so far" comment, because it's almost enough!. You keep drawing and adding in little details, and that face is going to look very lifelike!.

See O_O BUT if you keep working i think you could be VERY GOOD! if i was going to say you needed to work on some thing!.!.!. it would be the eyes!.!.!. but i do think its really good! Really take some drawing classes! try to make your drawing a bit mor real tho!. use color and it would look ALOT better :) I, Myself, like working on my pc better!. if you want to get in to drawing on the comp!. then try using gimp! here:
