Yes!. There are people who are born with it and it shows from an early age!. It is not an either/or like perfect pitch in music, some are outstanding and some are just pretty good, but it has to do with how naturally gifted people are at looking and then translating what they see, so there are a lot of factors such as patience and eye-hand coordination as well!.

But anyone can learn to improve their drawing, and anyone can start at any age!. In addition to natural ability, there are any number of skills to learn, and practice helps everything!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Nobody is born with natural talents for art, i mean come on have you ever seen a four year old draw a realistic life-like picture!? no!.
art is something you keep practising and observing and you will get better the more you do so!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
