Trophy shops can put one together pretty cheaply because they use off the shelf, modular components!. Talk to someone in a shop to see what can be done!.

Still, if you WANT to build your own, consider purchasing, at least, some of the components from the shop to add to the one you are making!. There is, probably, no way you could sculpt a brass plated baseball player as nice as one you could order from a trophy shop!. You can build your own trophy and just add the store-bought component on the top, or wherever!.

As far as other ideas: You can clean up an old home plate and make it part of the trophy!. You can laminate an old scoresheet, or sandwich it between clear acrylic sheets!. Or, you could decoupage it, or some homemade baseball cards onto a nice piece of wood!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
