Composition: 7/10 -- Good balance, lines and geometric shapes!. Lacks strong center of interest, isolation of subject from background (mergers) and simplicty!.
Artistic Merit: 6/10 -- Gives the feeling of the season, but no "unique" point of view!. Image has some separation due to the good back lighting, but lacks clarity of purpose!.
Technical: 8/10 -- Good exposure and focus!. The sunlight seems to be washing out the highlights a little, but this could be due to the website, not the original work!. I suggest underexposing and using the "raw" setting on your camera (if DSLR) then working on saturation and exposure with PhotoShop!.

I find the color over saturated and unnatural!. The exposure is not on because details in the shadows are being lost!. Details are also blown out on the right hand grassy side!. You have strong leading lines from the lower left to the mid to upper right, but the eye travels and it leads to nothing!.!.!.not strong point for the eyes to finally rest!.Your attempt is to show a place to relax, but the harsh lighting and saturation do not convey this feeling!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

There′s a lot to consider when taking a photography or working on an art project!. I think you picture is fine technical wise, but you might want to think about concept and ideas more!.
