Of course!. It's still art, and I guess if you've harnessed your craft--then you can say you're a good artist!. There's still a slew of people out there who'll say different, but it's really up to you of how you perceive yourself!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I don't think there are such has Good artists or bad artists!. You become a Manga artist when you start draw as a profession!. or with lot of experinces where you can make your own Manga!. (or draw for someones Manga )

Some born with the skill but it really doesnt has to!. If you keep doing and want to become a Manga artist and won't give up you will become one!.

Post your drawings in forums and see how people react!. also take advice!.
