(You can borrow copy from library or buy it from any bookshop) - I'll give you links but you need to get a copy of the book for info!. The UK expert on copyright for writers is Michael Legat - you can find his advice by Googling his name, borrowing his books from library or looking in book as above!. I'm not sure if you are located in Canada, the U!.S!., or elsewhere, but the easiest way to copyright your work is to take the original (works better if you've hand written the piece first), put it in an envelope, seal it, and go to the post office and have them postmark it to your address!. The key to this process is that you CANNOT open the envelope after, or the copyright will be void!. The point of doing this is so to prove the origins of the original piece of writing!. If you want to further solidify your right to copyright, then write up an affidavit stating you are the author!. Sign and date it, and have it signed and dated by a witness!. Put this piece of paper in with the the original, and then continue to get the parcel postmarked!.
