The photo effect is either a makeup tool that blurs out blemishes or it is a noise-reducing filter, making everything, especially "noisy" or "fuzzy" areas blurred and soft!. It is commonly used to make wrinkles and blemishes blend together!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I don't see any effect being used there!. The day was a little overcast so the clouds make the lighting very even - no shadows!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
