Its not THAT easy, and not always realistic looking, but I doctor my photos at least a little bit all the time!. You can edit, create, add text, add designs, and alot more to graphics!. You can edit out blemishes on the skin or make something appear smaller/larger!. You can create cartoon-like images!. For some people it is really difficult especially for beginners to get used to all of the tools and whatnot!. You can't do all of these things by just clicking a button, you have to try different "combinations" of actions and such!. You can make pictures of you apear to make you skinnier, but it takes time and its not just a button click!.
