Question: Can I take photos like this!?

Is there anyway i can set up my camera (7!.1mp)
To create this kind of effect on a picture

The only thing remotely special in this photograph is the lighting!. A 7!.1mp camera is easily capable of a shot like this, but you have to understand lighting!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Not sure what effect you mean!. The washed-out/faded colour!? The soft focus effect!?
If it's the colour then try adjusting the colour intensity/hue or saturation settings!. The focus thing can be done by using manual focus and deliberately getting it slightly wrong, or using a soft focus filter if you can fit one!. Alternatively, you can try photoshop! It will let you do anything!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

The camera doesn't take the photo that way - you have to edit it on your computer!. There are several free editing programs you can get, and most of them come with some tutorials!. Here's a list of some of them:

you can only try, setup camera ~unknown, set up scene and backdrop, take the same shot in all modes, more so portrait or gallery, interior, then view in editor to compare,

Like its not your camera like, its the effects you can add like, in your photo editing programme like!.
