so,
i want to create an image where you place different photos together then they'll play fast one after the other and the image would look like its moving,!.!.

Windows MoviePlayer should still be a free download!. Drop all your pics in and just make the time they show be really short!.

Might also be able to do it with PowerPoint!.

Download!.com has a ton of free and free to try video software, just do a search and try out several to see what you like that fits your needs!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
