How can i learn how to draw anime ?

Question: How can i learn how to draw anime !?

i can draw pretty good faces and hair but the eyes arent that great i mean there ok but yah no ive been practicing and my friend that is really good at drawing anime helps me but it just doesnt seem to work i would like to know how to draw the full body and head and help with the eyes!!!!?!?!? please!!! thank you!Www@QuestionHome@Com

I would not highly suggest most books on how to draw, as they usually show a single pose, and are aimed toward a very young and untalented crowd!.
I would, however, suggest developing a special style, a sort of compilation of the good in your style and the good in a favorite style of someone else!.
I have found that, at least for me, tracing does nothing but copy a drawing!. Drawing a copy without tracing is a much better experience, and shows you where you need improvement, as well as teaching you skills for future use!.
But then again, I may not be too terribly great either!. It's all in the perspective!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

there are a lot of how to draw books at better book stores and on line everything from caricatures to anime to how to draw cartoons, lifelike animals and people and so on and so on!.!.!.!.check the library as well, tracing will teach you the basic shapes but will still be limited, the how to draw anime books will give you a more masterful control of the style and enable you to learn how to create your own characters giving them originality and your personal style!
