My fella spilt candle wax onto a photo!. Is there any way of getting the wax off without destroying the picture!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Try freezing the picture and cracking the wax off!. Not sure it will work, but it would probably be better than trying un-do or another adhesive/wax remover because those are usually liquid and could make the picture look worse!.

If you're into experimentation, you could also try CAREFULLY heating the pic until the wax is runny and really thin!. Then you could swirl the wax around on the pic like you meant for it to be there!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Yes, try cooling the pic and carefully bending it to crack the wax!.

But do not heat it!.!.!. that spells disaster!. I recently ruined a large photo with heat!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
