The best way is to learn first how to draw realistic, anatomically correct eyes very well, THEN adapt your art to that style!.

Learning to draw in the anime/manga style should never come before learning to render realistic forms!. It stunts your artistic growth because if you do not understand and have a good grasp of realistic forms, then learning to draw manga/anime solely will wreck your artistic performance because it's just mimicking some one else's work instead of developing a style of your own in that genre later!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
