I don't know what tools I would need because I will be the first to admit I am not the best in the world at drawing (traditionally) I am better with computers, and if there is any way to create that type of art without having to traditionally draw it out I would love any feedback on what things I should do or what I should purchase!.!. Any help in this would be greatly appreciated and def!. looked into!

I'll echo what the previous poster stated!. Here, though, is a free alternative to Corel Painter/Photoshop, IF you're use Windows--as opposed to a Mac!.

A lot of artists like painting with Photoshop--I don't!. I started using Corel Paint about a year and a half ago and fell in love with the program!. There's a bit of a learning curve to it, but after you spend a few weeks playing around with it, you'll probably lock into one or two tools (mediums) that you wind up using repeatedly!.

That image had to be drawn in the first place, whether on paper, or created in the computer!. There is no software application in the world that will create the drawing for you!.
