Question: What's better!? Paint shop pro 9 and studio or paint shop pro 10 for photographers!.!?

Ok so basically, i just want to make icons!. None of that really complicated stuff and paint is just way to easy and dumb to make them on!. I have the two books and everything but i want the better one for what i want to do so that i don't have to read through each book!.

I use Photoshop CS, and it works amazingly after some getting used to and working out the seemingly limitless tools!.

The editing tools are extremely powerful and can do basically all you need!. Simply follow some good tutorials and you'll be fine!.
