Do you mean One Stroke painting!? It is taught in craft stores like Michael's!. I think you can buy kits on the Home Shopping Network!. The creator of the method, Donna Dewberry has a show on TV giving lessons!. Here's her website!.

(The only other thing I can think of is Pointillism, but that's been around since the 1800s!.)
