Right before you lay down to go to sleep at night, write "This is what I dreamed about!.!.!." at the top of your notebook and go to sleep!. When you wakeup, write down anything (and everything) that you can!. Even if you don't remember dreaming, write down whatever you're thinking at the time!. Often you can set your subconscious to remember dreams for you, it's as easy as writing down a task before falling asleep!.Www@QuestionHome@Com Keep some paper and a writing tool near your bed!. Concentrate on remembering your dream when you awake!. Grab the writing stuff when you first realize that you are getting awake, it's kinda like coming up to the surface from swimming at the bottom of a pool!. Write what ever you can, don't worry about sentence structure!. These scribbles may help you to trigger the memory!. Then sketch some ideas!. Don't try to make your picture composition realistic because dreams aren't!. Things are strange and not oriented correctly!. Somewhere that you could go to and relax!. For example, somewhere with a beautiful exotic waterfall surrounded by lush green foliage!.
