well, the answer to your question depends heavily on exactly what you're trying to ask!. Next time try and be a little more clear about what you're asking!.

If you have several still shots of your self that you want to string together into a video you can use a program like quick time video, or free programs for making a time elapse video!.

If you want a singe picture with several different dance poses you could open up all the individual images and overlay them in photoshop!.
