Question: How do you do this to pictures!?
I've been wondering for a long time now, how do you edit a picture to make only one object be colored and the rest of the pic be black and white!? I see it on a lot of people's myspace and facebook profiles and i think it's awesome, but i don't know how to do it! can someone please help!? thanks!Www@QuestionHome@Com

One basic technique is to start with a color picture and then create a selection around the object to stay colored!. Then invert the selection and remove the color from this inverse selection!.

you can definitely use GIMP!.
but make sure you have Gimp 2!.4!.2 or + version

Photoshop CS is always a good program for that sort of thing!. also if you have a hp digital camera they have a edit program on it that lets you do a number of things!. For free trials of photoshop just go to their websiteWww@QuestionHome@Com
