You basically cannot!. You must have a camera that will allow you to manually set shutter speeds and apertures for the various lighting in a scene!. You would take exposure readings in dark and bright areas, set you camera on a tripod, and take photos at the predetermined settings!. You would then layer the photos and mask or erase away incorrect exposures to reveal proper exposures until you have a full HDR photo!.
