You can practice graffiti on any public place!. It's considered a form of vandalism!. and I would strongly advise against it!. Singapore takes a dim view of this activity and does not consider it 'art'!. They deal rather harshly with people they catch doing it also (see below)!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
